Step 1: Design | Concept Design

    Provide 2~3 preliminary design drafts (hand-drawn/digital tablet drawings)

    Combining popular trends with suggestions for wearing experience optimization

  • ✅Confirmation node: The customer selects and confirms a design direction → enters the modeling phase

Step 3: Sampling | Sample Making and Proofing

  • Customers can choose: whether to confirm the sample (recommended YES)

  • We provide the following services:

    3D printing or wax model + metal prototype proofing (silver, copper, alloy optional)

    Pre-set stones (Moissanite/CZ) available

    Free proofing photo/video preview

Step 5: QC & Delivery

Step 4: Production

  • Customers do not need to operate, we complete the production and delivery.

  • We provide the following services:

    Fine craftsmanship: hand-inlaid, mirror polished, electroplated (such as 18K gold, platinum)

    Customizable logo, engraving, gift box packaging

    Massive production cycle depends on order quantity (usually 10~15 working days)

Packing and Delivery

Step 1: Packaging Preparation

✅ Product inventory: check the category, quantity, size, engraving content, etc. one by one according to the order

✅ Customized packaging: prepare gift boxes according to customer requirements (such as LOGO hot stamping boxes, environmentally friendly packaging, instructions, silver polishing cloth)

✅ Protective materials: use pressure-proof and moisture-proof materials (such as bubble wrap, shock-proof cotton, sealed bags) to prevent transportation damage

✅ Delivery list: print and put in the order list, after-sales card or other information required by customers

Step 2: QC Check & Packing

✅ Appearance re-inspection: Check for scratches, diamond drop, stains, electroplating color difference and other problems

✅ Packaging process standardization: Ensure that each product uses a unified packaging specification (including the order of multiple sets)

✅ Weighing and sealing: Record the weight of each box and paste the label number for subsequent tracking

✅ Photograph and archive: Take photos and archive after each batch is completed, so that customers can confirm remotely

Step 3: Logistics & Shipping

✅ Generate express delivery number: bind order number, print international logistics bill (such as DHL, UPS, SF Express, etc.)

✅ Logistics notification to customers: send logistics number, estimated arrival time, tracking link

✅ Insurance and customs declaration: if it involves large international orders, assist customers in insurance/prepare commercial invoices
